You can enjoy the practice of SUP YOGA in an open space in the calm waters of Las Canteras Beach, joined to a special sup yoga Starboard station that provides more stability and allows for group exercise.<\/p>\n

It has been proven that this practice improves strength, flexibility, reduces stress, and mental and physical tension.
\nIf you have never done yoga before, don’t worry, we adapt to all levels.<\/p>\n

We prefer to teach the classes during mid and low tide (low tide). Please check the tide table<\/span> for Las Palmas.<\/p>\n
