You can enjoy the practice of SUP YOGA in an open space in the calm waters of Las Canteras Beach, joined to a special sup yoga Starboard station that provides more stability and allows for group exercise.
It has been proven that this practice improves strength, flexibility, reduces stress, and mental and physical tension.
If you have never done yoga before, don’t worry, we adapt to all levels.
We prefer to teach the classes during mid and low tide (low tide). Please check the tide table for Las Palmas.
